About the blog
In 2019, I started this blog with the purpose of discussing contemporary issues in Croatian and European Union administrative law, as indicated by the name ‘Upravno pravo,’ which translates to ‘administrative law’ in Croatian. The initial goal was (and still is) modest—simply to reach an audience interested in these topics. Over time, the readership has expanded, and the blog has been referenced in academic papers, administrative acts, and administrative court judgements. Consequently, it has become a reflection of my research interests and has evolved into a platform focused predominantly on public procurement law. While most posts have been in Croatian, I aim to increase the frequency of publications in English moving forward.
