‘Public Procurement – A New Way Forward 2026’
We’re back! The second edition of the ‘Public Procurement – A New Way Forward’ conference – organised by the University of Zagreb Faculty of Law and the Croatian State Commission for Supervision of Public Procurement Procedures will be held on 12 November!
Last year we talked about what the new public procurement rules should look like, this year we’ll talk about a fresh Public Procurement Act Proposal! I’m hardly objective, but I still think we managed to get a stellar list of speakers!
Last year’s Conference resulted in a special issue of the Collected Papers of Zagreb Law Faculty which will be out in early October (open access) – just in time to see what our authors got right and to give us something more to discuss!
